Services | Rentals & Deliveries

We will work to respond to all communication as quickly as possible.

The items your rental order from All Yours Events, LLC. will be supplied clean and in functioning order. Please review each item prior to your event in case we need to supply a replacement.

If delivery is requested with your order, we will deliver at the time we say we will, to where you directed us to deliver the items. All arrangements for deliveries must be requested at least four weeks prior and signed off on at least one week prior to the event. Additional fees are applied for all deliveries and will be agreed upon in the contract between RENTEE and All Yours Events, LLC..


We will not sell or distribute any personal information you provide to allyoursevents.com.

Credit Card Security

Credit card numbers will be destroyed once all items have been returned and deemed in working order. Additional payment options are available – please inquire.


To reserve all items for the requested date, a deposit of $50 is required. This deposit secures your date and access to our rental assortment and will be returned promptly after all rental items have been reviewed and confirmed in good condition after your event.

If the order is canceled, the $50 deposit is forfeited. No further charges will be made.

Final Order Submission

Final orders need to be submitted 1 month (30 days) prior to an event. Items added to rental order after this date cannot be guaranteed due to product availability.

Please note: Only one offer code (coupon) can be redeemed per order.

Changes to Order

Changes can be made to a rental order up to 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the event date. Changes made within 3 weeks of the event date will not be guaranteed due to availability.


If the order is canceled more than four weeks before the event, the $50 deposit is forfeited. No further charges will be made.

All orders canceled less than 1 month (30 days) before the event, after the full rental amount has been charged, the deposit is forfeited and All Yours Events will refund 50% of the remaining rental total beyond the deposit.

If the order is canceled less than one week before the event, no refunds will be made on the entire rental order.


At this time, we do not ship rental items but we will accommodate your requests as best as we can. However, if your event is in, or around, the KC Metro area, we will deliver for an additional fee. Just reach out to us – we’re here to help!

Damaged & Un-returned Items

A full replacement or service charge will be charged if any items are not returned or damaged. These charges are determined based on full replacement cost and will be deducted from the deposit. You will be invoiced for any amount over the deposit if the damaged goods exceed $50.

Late Fees

A late fee of 10% of the total rental cost per day will be charged for each day the items are not returned after the agreed rental term is over. After 10 days, the equipment is considered lost and you will be charged the full amount for each product that remains un-returned in addition to all late fees charged.
